First Program in Thailand
This program lunched on Aug 2017 under supervision and collaboration with Major industries related to dairy and beverage production which is the first bachelor degree of engineering in dairy and beverage in Thailand.
Industry collaboration and development
This program is under collaboration (Memorandum of Agreement) with Dutch Mills Co., Ltd., Tetra Pak (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Alliance Companies.
Holistic program
Dairy and Beverage Engineering Program is based on real-world and workplace learning. Students will gain their Industrial Engineering and Dairy and Beverage Engineering competencies through industrial practices.
Microbiology , Chemistry for Dairy and Beverage, Production Processes and Technology, Refrigeration, Heat Transfer, Plant Operation, Hygienic Design and Plant Sanitation, etc.
